Weizenkeime – eine natürliche Spermidinquelle Avitale BIO SPERMIDIN wird aus erntefrischen Weizenkeimen aus kontrolliert biologischem Anbau hergestellt.

Es enthält natürlicherweise Spermidin, welches aus den kleinen Keimlingen des Weizenkorns gewonnen wird.

Der wertvolle Inhaltsstoff Spermidin ist ein biogenes Polyamin, eine organische Verbindung, welche in jeder Körperzelle vorkommt. Spermidin wird vom menschlichen Körper selber gebildet, ebenso wird es durch die natürlich vorhandenen Bakterien im menschlichen Darm produziert. Die körpereigene Produktion von Spermidin nimmt mit zunehmendem Alter ab. Somit kann es ernährungsphysiologisch sinnvoll sein, dem Körper Spermidin mittels entsprechender Lebensmittel oder Nahrungsergänzungsmittel zuzuführen.

Besonders hohe Konzentration an Spermidin finden sich in Weizenkeimen. Aber beispielsweise auch in gereiftem Käse wie Parmesan, einigen Pilzsorten und Hülsenfrüchten ist Spermidin zu finden. Die körpereigene Produktion von Spermidin wird durch sportliche Aktivitäten aber auch durch das Fasten verstärkt aktiviert.
