Avitale Veggie Depot Tabletten sind eine Vitamin-Mineralstoff-Kombination, welche u.a. die Versorgung mit Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Eisen, Zink sowie Calcium sichert. Manche dieser Nährstoffe werden bei einem Verzicht auf tierische Lebensmittel oft in zu geringer Dosis aufgenommen, sind aber wertvoll für den Erhalt oder die Unterstützung normaler Körperfunktionen und fördern viele Stoffwechselvorgänge im Körper. Nur eine Avitale Veggie Depot Tablette täglich enthält 10 dieser wichtigen Vitamine und Mineralstoffe.

Die Vitamine C, B6, B12 sowie der Mineralstoff Eisen leisten einen Beitrag zu einer normalen Funktion des Immunsystems und einem normalen Energiestoffwechsel.

Vitamin C, B2 und der Mineralstoff Zink tragen dazu bei, die Zellen vor oxidativem Stress zu schützen. Vitamin B1 leistet einen Beitrag zu einer normalen Herzfunktion und die Vitamine B6 und B12 tragen zur normalen Bildung roter Blutkörperchen bei.

Vitamin D2 und der Mineralstoff Calcium tragen zur Erhaltung normaler Knochen und einer normalen Muskelfunktion bei.
