Avitale Einschlaf-Spray mit feinem Orangen-Minzgeschmack muss nur einmal angewendet werden. Nur 1x sprühen kurz vor dem Schlafengehen dosiert exakt 1mg Melatonin und trägt somit dazu bei, die Einschlafzeit zu verkürzen.

Melatonin ist ein Neurohormon und wird vom Organismus in der Zirbeldrüse im Gehirn produziert. Mit einsetzender Dunkelheit wird das „Schlafhormon“ verstärkt hergestellt und fördert so das Einschlafen. Melatonin steuert einen gesunden Schlafrhythmus und regelt sozusagen die „innere Uhr“.
